By “just”, do you mean no body weight lifted added in? For example, with your crunches you lifted 30 lbs., did you hold the 30 lbs while doing crunches, or was the 30 lbs a percentage of your body weight?
I want to make sure I understand so I don’t figure the lbs lifted different than is expected for this challenge.:)

No body weight percentages, the 30lbs is just a dumbbell held on my chest. I’ll add it to the description.

Ok, fair enough. From now on I’ll enter in my push-ups and crunches reps only, no body weight. I wish it was possible to specify to which challenges body weight should apply and to which it shouldn’t. That would be nice for those challenges that allow body weight percentages (I do a lot of push-ups and crunches), and those that do not. But ultimately, the challenge creator sets the rules and if you don’t like ‘em, you don’t have to participate right? Game on! :-)

I wish it was possible to specify to which challenges body weight should apply and to which it shouldn’t.
Me too. I was going to start a non-body weight challenge, but after our other challenges we’re done.
This is going to be rough!

I pulled out of this challenge for the time being because I’d like to finish up the challenges that include body weight first. I’ll let you ladies get a head start and see if I can catch up! :-)

Ya know, I was thinking of the same thing, fattysmo. I just have to much “pain and agony” invested in the other challenges to stop now. There isn’t that much time left.
Sorry pharangese to abandon you, but I’ll be back when the other challenges (mainly the 2) are over.
