I have two 5lb awards. Not sure why, but it looks odd. How do I remove one?

I believe we took care of that problem via email. Honestly, I’m not certain why you were given 2 awards, so if anyone else is noticing this problem as well then please let us know.

I accidentally entered a weigh-in wrong and ended up with the 20 lb loser badge. Any chance I can get that removed, as I will end up with two of them in a week or two (knock on wood).

Hey everyone. I have been noticing this “multiple awards” problem a little bit more often over the past couple of weeks.

Does anyone have a clue as to what would cause this?

As for my award, I know what caused it. I entered a wrong weight (255 instead of 265) and it triggered my 20 lb loser badge. Even when I corrected the tracker entry, the badge was still there.

Can someone remove my challange award? I entered info for another person to get there cal. intake and didnt relize it would give me the award for the weight change – thanks

@culwenspoint – It’s been removed. We’re trying to figure out how to avoid this multiple-awards thing. We should have a fix pretty soon.

Can I get you to remove my extra “I lost 10lb” medal. Not sure how it happened but I think it has something to do with me going in and entering some older data, from my “pre-gymineed” days.

Is it possible all my awards can be removed? I was experimenting with nutritional info, setting it for lower weights and it awarded me multiple times, but I’ve not got any of them yet!

I haven’t recieved my “lose 10lb.” award… can someone add it?

Thank you for sorting that out, but now I have actually weighed myself and correctly have the awards, it’s given me the 20lb award twice when it should just be once, can this be sorted too!
