body tracker and fitness images gone from my locker room

hi, i don’t know what happened, but my account no longer has body tracker and fitness images in my locker room. However, if my gf logs onto her account on the same pc, she has her body tracker and fitness images. can you tell me what the problem is?

sorry, my gf logged on with another browser window, but the problem happens on my account (saics).

i would also like to add that my body tracker information can be viewed publicly, but cannot be viewed from my locker room. the problem here is that i do not have a way to add my daily stats (weight, body fat%, etc). my body tracker was working fine this morning, then sometime later in the day it no longer displayed my information.

I’m having the same issue. My body tracker info doesn’t show up when I’m on the My Locker tab. If I go to view public profile I can view the graph. Anyone know what the deal is?

Try adding an entry. That fixed the problem for me.

Anyone know how to fix the issue of the Body tracker info not appear on the My Locker page. I would really like this fixed. I can’t add my weight because this feature is totally missing. Other accounts work on my computer. It’s just my account.

I’ve contacted gyminee like 3 times about this…they apparently either don’t give a shit or don’t know how to fix it.

Either way, I’d like to know that.

yeah, i’ve been using an excel spreadsheet to keep track of my stuff while this is down..

2 days it kinda long, but i’m giving them the benefit of the doubt (maybe there is a lot of stuff going on for the gyminee staff) if we don’t get a response in a week, that is absurd.

OMG, it’s fixed!

I sincerely apologize for our slow response time on this (admittedly major) bug! We had about 3 extremely busy days in a row right as this issue came up.

Some files had gotten mis-written to our server’s hard disk, causing this issue to occur with a subset of Gyminee users. I believe that this problem has been corrected in it’s entirety, but be sure to let us know if anyone continues to experience this problem. I should also note that no data was lost during this time, it was only a visual bug.
