I need to create a custom workout, with different exercises occuring on different days i.e.

On Monday: Bench Press, Chinup, Deadlift

On Weds: Shoulder Press, Arm Row, Lunge

Etc

The easiest way to create this is to use separate workouts. You could have a “Monday” workout, a “Wednesday” workouts, etc.
