Lexington, Mass - Minuteman Trail Run

This route runs along the historic Minuteman Trail in Lexington/Lincoln Massachusetts. I have a few out and back runs, but this is a loop that is half trail and half road/sidewalk running. I used my Garmin Forerunner to log a map of the run you can see here: http://tinyurl.com/5v4sf8

Cheers,

LA Run

We're actually talking about this in another forum thread specific to LA here:

Here's my favorite local route:

LA (Silver Lake, Los Feliz)

In my neighborhood I have the option to run (really tough) hills or mostly flat. I alternate between 3 routes all around smaller, narrower streets with less traffic. I really enjoy going around West Silver Lake and then killer hills on my way home. Best time to run: an hour before sunset. Cool down with stretching, abs and hand weights on my roof while watching the sunset. I *heart* LA!

Parks in Richardson (DFW area)

There are a couple of good parks in Richardson. The one I go to most often is Breckenridge Park. Another one, better for walking than running really, is at US-75 and West Renner.

@Itadaki - MapMyRun is awesome! Just used it myself, wish it would integrate with Gyminee though :(

MapMyRun

I've tried a lot of route mappers too, and have settled on MapMyRun.com. Routes are Google Map overlays, with elevation information etc. You can also view routes in your area that others have posted.

Nike+ has a great system too.

I'm still looking for good spots in my neighborhood. I remember the Philadelphia Art Museum and the trail up and down the Schuylkill. Forbidden Drive up to Chestnut Hill and the Valley Forge trail through Manayunk were much longer, but I've biked them. Philly is a fantastic place for runners.

LA

The only thing that matters for me is being able to see the ocean. Sometimes it's a little bit of a drive from where I live, but it's well worth it! The whole experience is 100% better, especially at sunset.

Wash Park in Denver

My favorite route in Denver is the loop around Washington Park. There are so many other runners there it's very motivating!
