Subject Description

A while back I subscribed to the workout program created by Scottymouth and have lost all historical data for workout A.  Workout B seems fine.  Anyone else have a similar experience?

I didn't lose data but for a little while I was unable to edit or delete a workout because Gyminee had disabled those functions during some system maintenance.

I made my own version of StrongLifts instead of ScottyMouth's. Only because I substitute seated presses for overhead presses since my home gym ceiling is low. I also doing Roman Chair exercises (abs, hyperextensions and glute ham raises) after StrongLifts.

It was when I made my new custom program that I noticed that I could not delete the original program.

for a while there, you couldn't edit or delete your workouts, but I think that's been fixed now. I didn't lose any data at this time.

not gyminee's fault, but mine

so I accidentally deleted one of my workouts while playing around, and discovered then that I couldn't restore it, and could no longer find my progress for the component exercises.

So, I create an identical "new" workout and retroactively enter my progress. Then, however, I see both sets of progress, two entries for every day. This isn't a huge problem, but is ugly, and innacurate, so I decided to delete one set of progress updates, which requires manually deleting every exercise from the daily fitness reports- not very easy or intutitive.

Everything is sorted now, but it was annoying when it happened.

I guess it's possible I deleted it myself, but I do not recall doing that.  The wierd thing is workout A and B both have squats and when I look at workout B, I still see the wieght points on the chart that I performed in workout A.  At some level the data is still there, just can't see it.

Anyway, I didn't have too many weeks in there.  Tech support is basically telling me to re-enter the data.  I can't complain too much about a free service.
