I seem to be having a problem reaching my calorie goal. i feel like i eat all day, and im not even close to my suggested calorie goal. im on WW, so i eat tons of fruits and veggies......anyone have any suggestions on how to not go overboard in "points" and fat, to reach my calorie goal......or as long as my fat isnt high, i shouldnt really worry???

thanks!

Remember that you're comparing the calorie needs provided by two different systems. Just adjust your calorie goal to match what weight watchers is giving you.

Why are you on weight watchers if you are trying to gain weight? They are specifically for people trying to loose weight. If your only eating their food. It would be much harder to get the calories you need.
