Gyminee, Again.

I'm back, and I'm re-dedicated to my working out and muscle growth. It sucks that I've lost so much muscle mass in my arms, but I'll get it back and appreciate it even more.

Nutrition

I love Gyminee, I love my iPhone, and I love working out. Combining all three has been heaven. However, I am finding that I don't love to eat, and that the nutrition aspect of my journey is going to be the hardest. For example, I am 50g below my protein intake goal today, 350 calories below my cal goal, and I am stuffed. I don't think I can eat another bite or drink anymore protein. I know goals are a target that you work towards, but I'd like to get a little closer a little easier. I guess what it comes down to is I need to make better food choices, with higher protein content. I hope that Gyminee will help me to do that.
