Week 2 of bootcamp

Today was my second boot camp session. Other than the mosquitos, it was great. Lil Mark came with me today and played in the sprinklers with Jessica's kiddos. It was really hard, but I feel great now. I always love a hard work out after the fact - Feels like I accomplished something. My weight went down 2 lbs since last week. I think the main thing was the change in my eating habits. Here's to another good week!

This weekend.

Yesterday I had my graduation ceremony. I was really proud of myself and it made me happy to look out and see my family there - but most important, to see Mark. I could totally tell from his expressions that he was proud of me. He has had faith in me since day 1, even when I didn’t have it in myself. I love that man! - Today, I did 25 min of the treadmill - highest incline - I did the arms video and read the first verse in the Tao. I gave myself 5 min of quiet, meditation time. I am going to give myself 1 hour each day to take care of me. Our guest speaker at the graduation was Steadman- Oprah's man - and he said something that made me think. We are all equal because we all have 24 hours. It's what we do with those hours that sets up apart! Powerful words!

Started boot camp

Ashley and I started boot camp today. It was really tough! I felt like I was going to vomit! I need to stick with it because I know it will produce results! My homework is to eat breakfast this week. Going to try to keep a food journal too...

Still at it

Yes! I am still at it. :) I think that this time i am able to stick with it because i dont have vernon down my back about using “his” den LOL I just hope that i keep it up. I am stuck doing it at night because I already have to get up at 4:30 to get ready for work. If I did it in the mornings I would have to get up at like 3:15ish! O heck no! LOL Well you keep up the good work and hopefully we can celebrate soon together by going to get some smaller clothes!!! 
