I started gogo dancing and I joined this troupe persay called "smoochknob" girls and we rock out with the band go to shows tours and sign autographs once I get into a REAL gym I will keep track of my routines :)

Working out with a baby

Hey there! Thanks for the add. Working out as a parent, especially a single one, is tough. Here are some ideas: Baby lifts - lie on the floor and lift your baby over your head. Slowly lower your baby to your face. Kiss that sweet mouth. Repeat. Dance - turn on music and dance around the room. Put your baby in a bouncy chair so that they can see you and enjoy the show. Housework - seriously, housework burns calories! Pour that energy into scrubbing the tub until it shines. Naptime workout - use baby's naptime to catch up on your workout. If you don't have a treadmill, take the baby monitor outside and do jumping jacks or run up and down the driveway or the stairs of your apartment building. Yoga/Pilates - Get a mat and a video and do pilates while your baby does "tummy time." I noticed you've only worked out two days this week so far, so I imagine you're having a hard time trying to fit it in. Hopefully these ideas will help get you motivated to find any little opportunity to squeeze in some exercise...even if it's in a non-traditional way.

At least with your modeling photos you can visually see your potential and can have a goal post to work your ass off to achieve. You sound liek you're doing a great job stay motivated though so keep that up! You're gonna need all that energy that you'll get from staying fit to keep up with your kid! ;) later

Re: having a baby

Yes, surely it does put a damper on going to the gym! Definitely search through Gyminee and see if there are some good programs for an exercise bell and light weights. I think you could get a good workout with those, and, of course, if you go for fast walks with a stroller, that'll be great cardio. Your baby will love it, too. And for those days when the baby won't stop crying and things seem the hardest, take it out on that punching bag! :P

having a baby

really puts a damper on going to the gym when ever I want. I still am very careful as to what I eat. I do have a yoga ball and some light weight dumbells I have and a 70 pound punching bag I use on the occasion, Any suggestons on some tips with the items at home I have are much appreciated

lol 200.1?

I would have jumped on the elliptical again and then gone to change shirts and reweigh. Is passing 200 going to be a big emotional milestone for you?
