Weight Goal Touched!

I say touched instead of HIT because I know that it is just a dip and I need to continue to work hard and eat right to achieve the 68kg weight as my average. However it's GREAT! I'm going to try and maintain this weight for the next week as I'm then off on vacation for a week and I'm not going to restrict myself very much at all. So the plan is to eat as best I can, continue to work out each day or at least every other day and then when I get back focus on reducing the fat in my food and increasing the cardio. With the onset of autumn(fall) and soon winter I'm thinking I might restart my gym member ship so I can do some good cardio indoors. Thanks for all your support GymBuddies!

Nice

Congrats! I'm totally bouncing and plateauing on my weight. You're also the only one on my buddy page who has an A in fitness and is doing well on nutrition, so way to go!

Holy Cow 69kg

I'm worried that I may be yo-yo-ing a bit on my weight, I guess I'm just so busy at work it's easy to forget that stress and work do burn extra calories. At least I am still eating regularly so that's got to be a good thing.

Back to my lowest recorded weight

I hit 69.6kg this morning, I last recorded that lowest weight on May 28. By Jun 29 I hit the high of 74.8 due to two week holiday. I'm now back down to my lowest weight. Not far now until I hit my target of 68kg

Weekend eating control

I only put on 0.5 kg over the weekend. Woot! This is very rare for me, I tend to loss control over the weekend and undo most of the good work from the previous week. The spend the next few days trying to correct it. Result, yo-yo dieting, not good. I'm well on my way to getting at least a B in both nutrition and Exercise. Once I get that my next goal will be to get A's and then ensure I hit them consistently. I also bought an Accu-measure fat calipers. My first impression are that they are a bit rubbish. My electric scales seem to do a good job and are much more clear and easy to use. I'll try both for a while and see how it goes.

Finally was able to exercise

Went street skating yesterday. I was able to keep up, although it was certainly harder than the last time I went. We went for about 12 miles and were whizzing around for 2 hours. I've looked up how much calories in-line skating burns and the only table I could find said it was about 800 per hour! Surely it can't be that much!?

Fed up with being ill

I've had "man flu" now for almost 3 weeks and have been unable to workout. At least it's given me a chance to significantly reduce my calories and loose the excess weight from my holiday. But I really want to start my routine again. Maybe I should just start with a super gentle work out and see how it goes...
