day ...11?

man. i fell off the wagon pretty good before i even got on. work kills me, working doubles for about 12 hours drains any and all energy out of me, and being at work i eat like crap so its a double whammy. Today i again vow to get back on track and really do this. I feel like crap today and it is hotter than balls out but i am going to try to get to the gym or go for a run later otnight when it cools down.

didnt get to sleep til around 4 am last night. suffice it to say, i overslept this morning and wasnt able to get a work out in before i have to leave for work. perhaps after work i'll have energy for a run, but i wil not get home from work til around 11pm/midnight. so we shall see.

day 4.

feeling sluggish today. today is going to, hopefully, be strictly a cardio day. trying to motivate myself to go outside for a run before heading to work this afternoon. didn't sleep very well last night so my energy isn't very high. I signed up for the PRO version last night, figured what the hell i'll give it a try. created a graph to keep track of my sleep, hoping to get an average of 8 hours.

back in the gym 2 days in a row. arms. felt really good, a lot weaker than i used to be but thats a given with the amount of time that has lapsed since i've really worked out. did 16 min of HIIT, didn't quite have the lung power to do another 5 minutes, dissapointing but at least i got on the treadmill and did it. thinking about doing sprints as my cardio, there is a park right behind my gym and its really starting to get nice out. weigh in, i am up to 193 now. 1.6 heavier than the previous day, a little discouraging, but considering the natural fluctuations of day to day weigh ins, and the graduation party i had yesterday, its to be expected. just got to keep it up, so see those numbers go down and reach my short term goal of 185.

got up and went to the gym. did chest/back. first time back in the gym in about a month, felt really good. did a little bit of cardio. have a grad party today so im going to try to eat as clean as possible with what i have.

ok, today was day 1. or supposed to be. couldn't force myself up early enough to go for a run or hit the gym before heading to work but i plan to start/continue eating fairly healthy and go for a run if i get home before midnight or start the running up again tomorrow.
