Set back with being sick for 2 weeks

Man, right as I was getting back into the swing of things I go and get sick for a couple of weeks. Stupid cold! We'll I had my first workout again today and boy did I need it bad. Here's to the first day of many more to come... I hope. K

Not doing as much as I should

I hate this... I seem to get into a really good groove and then something comes up to slow me down. Well, at least I tend to use these things as an excuse as to not do anything. This time it was my trip to Maine for 5 days and then the subsequent week off I needed to recuperate from said trip. So, really I've had two weeks off now. Well I'm back on the horse again... so, let's hope there's some forward momentum on my exercising! Keep it going right? I need some kind of push or mantra or something that will keep me motivated. Any suggestions?

Tremendous Strength Gains

So, the workout that I'm doing is yielding some serious strength gains. Like my leg extension are being done on a life fitness machine and I'm doing the full stack now! Same goes for my squats... I'm doing the full stack!

1st week on after 6 weeks off

Holy crap... I needed today at the gym. I still don't feel quite 100% after my flu, bronchitis, cold thingy I had for almost 3 weeks. But, today was a good day.
