I like the Nutrition Plan only for the fact that it helps me with what I eat. the only problem is i can never hit the goals. I dont eat enough because I am always too hot to eat. Today was bad and I forced myself to eat a salad for dinner when I wasnt even hungry. This is crazyness!
I am busting my hump as far as cardio goes. I run on treadmill for 30-40 mins with a 5 min warm up and usually about a 7 min cool down. i dont even put on the time I spend on the bike. cuz usually i just rid a brisk 3-5 miles. as for burning the cals i think this thing is off but I am combining this exercise routine with the one from the other site. this site helps me track my food intake while the other helps me more with my workouts. Thanks for the encouragement. You are busting your hump as well. Keep it up or I will send Derek out there to train you like he trains Kyle!!!!!!!!!!
