Advice?

Brahn - great work m'man! Wow! Sounds like the training is getting a little too much for your muscles and tendons to keep up. Be sure to take good care of yourself with vitamins, supplements, omega 3 and some glutamine. Also be sure to eat between-meal snacks. Get a lot of rest and night, drink plenty of fluids, and sneak naps in on the weekends. Hopefully that'll help. I saw your post a while ago about how you've been building muscle while burning fat at the same time. Could you give me some advice on how to do that? I accidentally lost too much weight and muscle in the process. :( Thanks man - and keep up the great work. Good luck with the challenge!!! - Brian (Stickstone)

Massive progress bro - great job with the RHC. I was on it too and it was rough in the beginning but felt great towards the end! I hear you on the deadlifts... I was dying but had to push thru it out and I'm glad I did. </end code>

3 weeks to go

With only 3 weeks left I am finding myself running out of steam. Tendons in both arms are killing me. Had to postpone leg workout on Sunday to later this week, my lower back is killing me. Not even sure if deadlifts tommorrow is going to be possible. Really have enjoyed the challenge!!!

3rd week month 2

I am starting my 3rd week tomorrow of month 2 of the Rock Hard Challenge. This has been a great program. I have been following the program very strictly. I am seeing some subtle changes. Just picked up the September issue. Month 3 is going to be brutal. I cant wait!!!

one month

I finally have my first month of the Rock Hard Challenge behind me. I am really enjoying the program. I have put on about 6 pounds. The good thing is my waist is smaller, which means muscle gains not fat. It will take a bit to adjust to the next phase of diet. I just ate my mid day snack and I am still hungry!
