    Wow is your timing good! Wade and Russ left yesterday for a week and I'm STRUGGLING to not eat crazy. Haven't been horrible, but (as I'm sure you noticed) haven't been keeping track on purpose - too depressing! OK - wanna start tomorrow? I'm working (I think - long story) 8a - 1p and then 4ish til 8p. Also getting my girls squished for the first time. JOY (I'm taking the advice of fantasizing about Bruce Springsteen the entire time; hope that doesn't backfire and I lose all interest in him haha). Yesterday: food was better (didn't say great though did I?!), only got about 25ish minutes in on treadmill: at least 4 min total at 6 mph, rest (after w-u/c-d) at4 mp. Becky kindly checked to see if I was doing ok stride-wise, etc. I felt 'clumpy'. OK! I can do this! Knees are fine. Wild and wooly day ahead - am going to do some floor stuff at home before moving-out RAWHIDE! smoochies back at ya

Hi dahling! Quite honestly, that doesn't look so terrible! Don't beat yourself up about it, especially since you got a GREAT workout in! 6mph is a great speed and difficult for 6 minutes! Tomorrow is another day. You are a soopa-stah! ;)

AHHHHGGG!

Ok - so not such a good day. Pros: bought real running shoes, shopped so I can do some freezer-cooking tonight, walked/jogged on treadmill (6 min. total at 6 mph - 24 min of warm-up, cool-down, and walk at mostly 4mph). Cons: very, very bad eating!! finished off twizzlers (no idea how many servings) and AND ate most of a bg of Trader Joe's cheetos (small bag and threw about 1/3 away so I'd quit eating). ....breathing deeply.... ok, feel better now. LOVE YA

100 Pushups

LOL, no I would like to do 100 pushups somday. That is one of the available workout programs here ("100 Pushups in 6 Weeks"). I hope they don't mean total completed in 6 weeks time! :D I thought it would be a fun challenge. Not sure why you're apologizing - - - your visits are ALWAYS welcome!

Sorry I interupted yesterday - I'm really bad about that - am working on it (apparently forgot that I was yesterday, again). OK I've totally given in to my Fear of the Weights/Weight Machines at the Gym In Front of Actual People - again (again). So, am going to force myself back into it today. I get way too caught up in the stupid things. Ate HORRRIBLY yesterday afternoon and late night. Enough with the whining! Are we doing a meal or snack or coffee Tuesday? YOU DO 100 PUSH UPS? Hi buddy!

First of all, Russ... is... ADORABLE!!! What a lovely little guy. You must be super duper proud. So, how'd it go today? Did you have a chance to work out? I had a great w/o, but have not eaten very well (as in not enough, believe it or not). My friend Judy sent me a link to a book for addicts using buddhist principles... I thought I'd check that out, since I'm not jazzed about the "Bill W." method (so to speak) as you and I hav spoken about previously. Hope to chat with you soon! :::Sheila:::
