I was weighing myself on an ancient scale. I think I've had it at least 10 years. Today I got a digital scale. It not only reads weight but body fat %, hydration and bone mass. So far this scale it weighing me 2 pounds under the other scale and several % points lower on body fat. I will weigh in in the morning and input the new data. I may need to reset some goals accordingly.
MNO + sick kids (which = no Kids Klub at the gym) = no workouts on Thursday or Friday. I didn't journal Friday, but my intake was similar to Thursday sans the MNO.
My DsickH is going to watch the kids today while I go to cycle.
I can refocus to get back on track. If I got out of the 190's, fought through the 180's, I can surely get out of the 170's. One set at a time. I can do this.
I adjusted the protein goal and took it down to a more manageable number. Still having a hard to getting enough calorie in balance with lower fat and carbs.
I can't seem to meet my calorie or protein goals. I bought some protein bars, shakes and egg white mix to supplement. I don't like the shakes. Yuck. I wonder if powder would be better. I think if I added in a protein smoothie I could up both. It hard though. I'm not that hungry!
