Funny, I was just saying that to myself today. Gotta start working out again. Hopefully I'll get rid of the rest of this cold ASAP so I can start to rock some cardio again!

Back to it.

Legs are working again, cold is gone, and I still have my gym membership. Time to get back on track. 20lbs give or take to go, and I think at least 1/2 of that is possible by end of year.

Not like the good ol times

I've done a couple runs to get back into it after having to take a break. Feel more sore now from an easy 3.5 miles than I did after the 13miles I managed 6 weeks ago. Back on the road again though, and bones feel ok so far, so that's good.
