Thanks for the reply

Thanks Hugo, I have been on the program for about six weeks and have consistently added weight while being conscious that form is more important that pushing iron. It is probably time to mix things up and move to another program in order to stress the muscles in a different way. Any recommendations from your or another trainers program?
