Actually...

.. no, I didn't - that would have been funnny! I ended up just throwing on some socks and doing my abs in the aerobics area. Still got some strange looks on my way there in BRIGHT white socks so not too sure if it actually made a difference either way... :) Ah yes, Oracle.... not a fun database server... now Microsoft SQL THAT'S fun! Hello again :)

Hey AZ long time! I got bored with adding the food, but sticking with the workouts still and surpassed my 90kg goal which i was happy with :) My goals now are in lifting amounts like Bench/Squat etc to push out my biggest single lifts. How is your training going? Japan must be freezing right now since its like 35 degrees in Australia :S

Japan = less sedentary

Gross generalization, but I lived there for 9.5 years. So much more walking and standing on a daily basis. It very quickly adds up to several miles a day. You should see an increase in your base metabolism.
