Don't Worry

I haven't dropped off the face of the earth. I'm in Dominican Republic now, and haven't yet found a way to weigh myself. Also, I can't access gyminee from most computers. Anyway, I am losing weight and it's starting to become visible. I'll be recording again soon!

Huh?

I really need to get the hang of this weighing in thing. At the start, I figured it would be best to only weigh myself once a week so as to not get discouraged, because I know weight fluctuates so much throughout the week and even throughout the day. So Saturday morning was my time. I had gained weight and body fat!! Then I weigh myself on Sunday morning just for the heck of it, and I lost almost 4 pounds!! and almost 2 percent of body weight. Did I do something wrong on Saturday? Or am I trippin today? Well, the 4 pounds lost looks good so I'm recording it.

Not my fault

I know I haven't recorded everything for the past couple days, but it's not my fault. Gyminee keeps shutting down and won't let me.

Back on track

Okay, I'm back to my normal exercise routine, but the same workout video is getting boring. Maybe I'll switch it up next week.

Am I losing motivation?

I hope not. But I missed two days of exercising, mainly because of a change in circumstances that stole my morning workout time. But even this morning I kept trying to think of excuses not to run. When I got out there, though, I enjoyed it.
