The last 2 months have been a struggle

Being on Gyminee is helping become more aware about my eating habits. Unlike most people..I actually eat less during the weekend... although I am lazy to track it on my iphone - LOL. Its during the week when I am usually working out more that I eat lots of sweets - my one BAD habit. So I going to see about getting more protein into my diet with these new protein shots (small packs you just gulp down) that way I can add more protein with little calorie intake. In the meantime...I need to go back to eating dark chocolate and small amounts each day to curb my sweet tooth. Anyone else have suggestions...I am trying even fruit with a little nutella to treat myself during the day...its lower in calories again and less fat then eating a brownie or doughnut. UGHHHH! I can be in so much better weight shape by now if I can just get a handle on that. With winter coming I really don't want to gain what I have lost. Pray for me!

Found a workout partner

Which is great! And after 2 sessions I am sore! WOW...but we realize we are complimenting each other since he has certain strengths with upper body workouts and mine tend to be lower body and back. We plan to stay consistent and get in super shape for the summer. YEAH!
