	Progress So far I've lost 4 lbs almost all of my weight loss has been the past few weeks, it seems that my plan to eat smaller portions and fewer meals is having far better effect than changing my diet and workout. 	Scales If I remember right your living room has carpet while the bathroom doesn't. That could be where the difference is coming from. I've been having trouble with scales also. My digital scale has gone completely bonkers and displays a random number +/- my actual weight. Created 3 months ago by jyoakum
