Lost and Found

It was very exciting to weigh myself yesterday. 5 lbs lost last week. I don't think I'll be able to match this next week but I'll continue to workout and eat properly. I hope I can maintain a 2 lbs per week loss.

Finally made it to the gym. Did an orientation of the strength training equipment. Very overwhelming so I started my cardio workout.

Shorts, shoes and work out tees... check. After two struggling with Streptococcal Pharyngitis (Group A strepped throat) I can now do something about working out and getting healthier. I'm now a card carrying member of the YMCA (Winnipeg - downtown).
