I went to the gym yesterday and did a monthly measurement. I have lost the following:
2 inches from my arms
2.5 inches from my legs
1.5 inches from my chest and waist
In the past i was heavily relying on cardio exercises such as bike, rower and running to lose the fat, but this time around i was recommended to focus on weight training with an off day as cardio.
I plan workouts, record my training sessions, and I do my best to achieve a personal best at each visit.
In conjunction with weight training. I use the nutrition log on Gyminee to keep track of my food intake.
I feel much better, im starting to get compliments about my glowing skin, and my hair and nails are growing very fast. Ive got more energy and actually want to go out walking about town.
Now that i can seen the inches slowly coming off, i am more motivated to keep going.
I'm really happy i found Gyminee, having a diary really does help!!
I'm really loving the gym at the moment. i love the set workout im doing. I've steered clear of cardio i.e. running, x trainer, as that's what was turning me off. i know i have to do it but i will wait till i see some results from the weights. I'm happy, and im doing it so thats the main thing right now!
I am having a day of rest from the gym today. my lower body is burnig from thr workout, and my upper is slightly sore, so i thought i would give it all rest.
I am still stretching and hooking into the protein skakes.
I was so motivated when i started on here, but i found a couple of weeks late i fell into my lazy ass ways again.
I'm here to try again. I recognize my weaknesses, so in a fortnight when i feel like I've had enough im going to try to push through it.
