Ive realised I dont have a specific day that I do back... its just something I slot in now and then... I guess I should tack it onto Shoulders? Im not sure I could do Pullups after a heavy session of side raises

Treadmills

treadmills != real life so will need to add some extra distance on the run to make it right (so im told)

First run attempt

Didn't realise I was going to attempt the run, but after 5 mins warm up on the treadmill I was feeling good (about speed 8), pushed it up to speed 11 for the next 5 mins and then started to do some maths to fill the time... oh no, not going to make it at this rate, up to speed 13 from about the 12 minutes mark.. feeling good, but getting a decent sweat up... 15 minutes rolls around and im still short on the k's... speed up to 14.5 to bring it home and the speed is starting to hurt .... 17 mins later and ive hit 3km exact - damn 200meters short. Next time I will plan to do the run from the start

Army goodness

To stay in the US army you need to be able to meet this every 3 months: 39 push ups in 2 mins... followed by 45 sit ups in 2 mins, followed by 2 mile (3.2km) run in 17 minutes
