I made my work out

After work I headed to the gym and made it though my workout before heading home for the night. That felt good.

Hey...Hello

I know what you mean about nutrition. I've become addicted to cheese puffs. Maybe it's the crunch. Maybe it’s' that fake process cheese flavor but I can't eat enough of them. I'm enjoying some now. My weight is still hovering around 180. I'm still working out at least three times a week. This week I thought it would be five until I woke up at 8 AM this morning. I totally slept through my 6 AM alarm. I guess my body knew I needed extra sleep. I have not joined the gym just yet. Hopefully at the end of the month. I've said that before but you know how it is. Sometimes there are things that have a higher priority than others. The gym is pretty low on the list knowing I have an OK place to work out now. What's been keeping you away? Maybe it's because you just finished a 12 week cycle. I'm only speculating. Once I hit my running goal I took a month off to recover. It was great. I figured I had it coming knowing I had just ran my ... of for 6 months straight. With my new found extra time in the evenings these days I'm going to pick up the book you recommended. Are you learning anything from it? We'll it’s time to go find more cheese puffs. I'm out. Great to hear from you. Take care and keep me posted on your progress. One more thing. Did you ever find out about what to do about mussel balance between my triceps?

Hello

Hey, looks like you are making great progress!! Congratulations!! :) I haven't been around much lately and have not been giving my whole effort to working out or even eating well. I am pretty fortunate to have a high metabolism, but my energy levels are really low without my workouts or proper nutrition. Are you at the new gym yet?

Good to hear from you

I'm about to pass my first 4 weeks of working out with weights. My cardio/running has fallen off but I'm now working to add that back into my workout. If only I had more time. I haven't joined LA fitness yet but hope to. Maybe after September. I've adapted my workouts to better fit the small gym I'm using now so that making it better for me to gt a good workout. I will check out the book. Nutrition and getting lean is the next thing on my goal list to figured out. Keep me posted on the Fat Burning plan. I'm going to be posting progress pictures in the next day or so. Take care and talk to you later.

Hi David, I have had a busy week and perfect timing because I am done my 12 week cycle for my workout program and needed to take a week off now anyway. I used to go to LA Fitness up until last September but my friend wanted to join another gym and wanted me to motivate her there so I switched. Glad to hear the workouts are going well. I will be back at is myself starting Sunday (anothe 12 weeks!!!) and will be working on my nutrition as well. I bought a book called 'Power Eating' by Susan Kleiner, R.D. and one of the speakers at the conference that I was at this weeked said that it is the best book on the subject that he has seen. If you want to learn about nutrition I highly recommend it!! I will be putting the Fat Burning plan into effect next week! Talk to you later!

About Me

I've been working out religiously from January 1 of 2008. I started with a running goal, which I reach on June 30. After taking a month off to recover I have been doing strength training. In only three months I have seen great results. I'm now hooked. It part of my life now. I love working out, sharing my progress and being healthy.
