Today

So I hadn't hit up the Y in a minute, so today I decided to go during lunch instead of studying, or makin MOW runs, or eatin pizza in an office luncheon or some other excuse....Shit felt good too, real talk. Only thing that didn't was interval running after the power cleans....It almost immediately made my knee sore but i just kept running....Its either because I havent done any interval running in like a month now, or that I never used to do it on the same day as I did Olympic workouts and I did just that today, or because I tried running in the same (flat soled) shoes I use to power clean....I dunno. But something tells me Im gonna feel verrrryyyyyy sore tommorow morning. Which I will be sure to enjoy.
