Lord help me to get back on track, first the computer was sick then me, been very sick with upper resp. infection. My immune system seems to suffer more since I've been working out so much, I can tell a big difference with my eating habits since I stopped loggin. I have to log there is no doubt it. I had to miss working out for some days as well and I could really tell a big difference.

missed everyone for sure!!!

My computer has been sick and I have really missed logging in everything, things hve been slow over hte past 11 days, it really makes a difference when I don't log my foods. Got to get back on track!!!

Me not so much as you can see... but thanks for the encouragement. On a positive note went shopping today for a pair of slacks and discovered I'm at least officially in the next size down - though a long ways from tucking in my shirt - LOL! Also looking forward to Monday's return to the trainer and better eating.

hanging in there.

I have had a pretty good past few days, still been to busy to have any computer time to log everything, down 1.75 lbs. We did have homecoming at church today and Lord all the food, I ate pretty healthy but portions were more than they should have been, when I was trying to get ready this morning I could not find anything to wear, it was upsetting in a way but it felt so good at the same time becasue everything was soooo sooo big on me. I did wear my first tucked in shirt with a blazer today, that is something I have not done in YEARS....and then after eating I did treat myself to the cheese cake! I won't lie, all I want to do is take a nap now.... it is amazing how things affect my body now after eating so healthy cpmpare to how i use to. Weekends are the hardest for me. I look forward to my exercise routine with my trainer that starts back on Mondays. I know I could do it myself on the weekends... but it just isn't the same. I miss talking to everyone, your encouragement means so much, I hope I can get back to normal soon.
