tptman01's Health Journal

	Trying to get back to it I'm going to be honest, I've done very poorly these past couple of months. I've been eating badly and not working out at all. I've actually stayed pretty stable, but I feel like garbage. I finally bought more groceries after the hurricane, and I've been doing an ok job the past couple of days at eating at home. 	vacation week This week I'm going on vacation, and I know there is no way I can eat healthy or do much exercising. I have been off the wagon for a while now, but I plan on getting back to eating healthy and exercising afterward. Don't lose faith in me, I'll be back on track soon enough! 	Running Trail is Trashed The hurricane wasn't so nice to my running trail. There are several VERY large trees that fell down right on top of the trail. Needless to say, I won't be running on that any time soon. That is really depressing, because I liked that trail a lot. I guess I'll have to suck it up and find somewhere else to run. 	Ok, so maybe eating at a buffet for lunch wasn't such a good start for my first day, but at least I'm being honest about it in my nutrition log. I tried to approximate it as best I could. It wasn't all bad, since I had lots of veggies, but it probably wasn't the best thing I could have done for lunch. Created 2 months ago by tptman01
