Workout Program Description
What do you need, that's up to you but I have hand wraps, gloves, heavy bag, double end bag, speed bag & a skipping rope.

To keep track of the time in rounds I created a twelve round CD. First I found & downloaded some boxing bell sounds (free). Using Audacity (free) I created two wave files.
First wave file is a start bell (one ring), followed by three minutes of dead space, end of round bell (three rings) followed by a one minute dead space...What do you need, that's up to you but I have hand wraps, gloves, heavy bag, double end bag, speed bag & a skipping rope.

I created a play list in a media player, duplicated the first four minute file eleven times & then added the second file last once and burnt it.
