This is an advanced program only appropriate for those who have been training for a while. This program is designed to be fast paced and high intensity. It will combine the effects of cardio training with strength training to burn calories and build muscle. You will perform one set of each exercise then move onto the next. Once all exercises have been completed rest one minute and start over. Unless otherwise stated perform 2 sets of 15-20 reps.
