This program is designed to combine the effects of functional training with the effects of body building training. The result will be to maximize muscle development and work those muscle functionally to improve your daily functions.This program will use trisets where three exercises will be performed in a row with a 1 minute rest. Perform 3-5 sets of 8-12 slow controlled reps. Reps should last approximately 4 seconds.
