Start with 5 minutes of stretching. Set the machine to "Cardio Workout Mode" (80% Max Heart Rate) and enter age and weight. Set duration to 15 minutes. The equipment will add an additional 3 minute cool down period (total workout is 18:00). Proceed to next exercise immediately.
