Yikes

I tried this exercise this morning for the first time. Mind you I haven't exercised in months. Wow. After doing 3 sets of 10, I could barely stand up. Then I had to go down in the basement from the second floor, and I almost fell over. Then I had to check something in the basement and I bent down to see it and almost blacked out! Lol. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow ;-)
