This is a workout plan similar to the Couch to 5K.
The goal of this plan is to get you to be able to run a 5K in 12 weeks. It starts out slow and then slowly ramps up.
At the end of 12 weeks, you will be able to run 30 minutes for approximately 3 miles!

Week 1 on day 1, 3 and 5. Goal is to walk 15 minutes and try to get a mile done.
