Running is a great way to get in shape. In this program, you should run at least one time a week for at least 20 minutes. If you are just starting out, you don't have to push it too hard. Ease into it if you have to. For example, you might only be able to run for 10 minutes. In that case, run for 10 minutes and then walk for 10 minutes for a total of 20 minutes. After you can run for 20 minutes, try to increase the amount of distance you can cover in the same amount of time.
