Description
Mixing the golf training exercises with actually playing golf is the best way to improve. If you don't hit the ball 100% solid, then you are losing distance. If you don't learn to make a nice full back-swing and accelerate through your downswing, then you are also losing distance. There's no better way to groove your swing than to get out there and play as much as possible.
